Education Program

Through our Education Programme, Jano Unnayan Foundation is committed to promoting accessible, inclusive, and holistic education. We believe that education is a fundamental human right that should be available to all, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our efforts extend to collaborating with local communities and educational institutions to create innovative and effective learning opportunities that empower individuals and contribute to personal and societal development.

Education Program

Non Formal Education

The “Hygiene Promotion Awareness at Community Level” project is a pivotal component of our Water, Sanitation & Hygiene Promotion (WATSAN) programme. In this project, we work closely with communities to raise awareness about the importance of good hygiene practices. Through workshops, demonstrations, and community engagement activities, we educate people about proper handwashing, safe food handling, and sanitation practices. Our goal is to instill lasting behavioral changes that reduce the risk of waterborne diseases and improve overall health and well-being.

Student Stipend

Our “Student Stipend” project aims to remove financial barriers to education. We provide financial support to underprivileged students, enabling them to cover school fees, purchase educational materials, and meet other educational expenses. This project ensures that deserving students, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds, have the opportunity to pursue their education without the burden of financial constraints.

Cultural Education

The “Cultural Education” project is a unique facet of our Education Programme. We believe that cultural education plays a crucial role in fostering a sense of identity and heritage among students. This project introduces cultural studies, traditional arts, and historical knowledge to students, allowing them to connect with their cultural roots. By celebrating diversity and promoting cultural understanding, we enrich the educational experience and contribute to the preservation of cultural heritage.
