Training and Capacity Development

The “Training and Capacity Development” project is a cornerstone of our Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation (DRR & CCA) programme. We believe that preparedness is key to minimizing the impact of disasters and climate change. This project involves training community members, local authorities, and first responders in disaster risk reduction strategies, climate change adaptation practices, and emergency response protocols. By building the knowledge and skills of individuals and communities, we empower them to proactively manage and respond to disaster and climate-related challenges.

Relief and Rehabilitation

The “Relief and Rehabilitation” project under our DRR & CCA programme is focused on providing immediate assistance and long-term support to communities affected by disasters and climate change events. In times of crisis, we swiftly mobilize resources to offer relief, including food, shelter, and medical aid, to those in need. Additionally, we collaborate with communities to develop and implement rehabilitation plans, helping them rebuild their lives, homes, and livelihoods after disasters.
