Through our Human Resource Development Programme, including the JUF Training and Resource Centre (HTRC) and the JUF Technical Training Centre (JTTC), Jano Unnayan Foundation is dedicated to building a skilled and capable workforce. We believe that investing in education and skill development is the key to unlocking the potential of individuals and communities, ultimately leading to sustainable development and poverty reduction. Our commitment extends to ensuring inclusivity and equal access to training opportunities for all, regardless of gender, age, or socioeconomic status.
Human Resource Development
The JUF Training and Resource Centre (HTRC) is a cornerstone of our Human Resource Development Programme. It serves as a hub for skill enhancement, knowledge sharing, and capacity development. HTRC offers a wide array of training programs tailored to the needs of individuals, communities, and organizations. Our training modules cover diverse topics, including entrepreneurship, leadership, healthcare, and more. By equipping people with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in a rapidly changing world, HTRC empowers them to seize opportunities and contribute effectively to their communities.
The JUF Technical Training Centre (JTTC) is a vital component of our Human Resource Development Programme, with a specific focus on technical skills and vocational training. JTTC provides hands-on training in trades such as carpentry, welding, electrical work, and automotive mechanics, among others. Our goal is to prepare individuals, particularly youth, for gainful employment and self-employment in these technical fields. JTTC’s training programs not only bridge the skills gap but also foster entrepreneurship and self-reliance among participants, leading to improved livelihoods and economic growth.
